Course refunds (Take Control of Your Time)

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How do I request it?

Email info@genref.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order details.

What happens after a refund?

If a refund is issued, your course access will be removed.

What if it’s after 14 days?

After 14 days, course purchases are non-refundable.

Any limits?

Limit one refund request per customer, per course. We may deny requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Digital downloads and printables

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

No. All sales of digital downloads and printable products are final once access has been provided, even if delivered through a course portal.

What if I can’t access my files, or I received the wrong thing?

Email info@genref.com and we will help you fix it.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours. We may refund the duplicate purchase at our discretion.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback may result in loss of access while the dispute is investigated.
